Over 30 years ago, my wife Vaishali and I fell in love with the art of organizing financial data in a way that empowers business owners to make smarter decisions. That passion has only grown stronger with time.
Unlike many CPAs who stop at a bachelor’s degree and jump straight into accounting firm life, we took a different path. We pursued advanced education—earning CPA and MBA degrees—to offer more than just accounting services. We wanted to bring real business expertise to the table, helping our clients navigate challenges, optimize operations, and build sustainable success. Beyond formal education, we felt compelled to truly understand the world of corporate accounting by immersing ourselves in its day-to-day operations and diving in and experiencing the field firsthand.
Over 15 years, we had the privilege of working in large corporations and startups. This hands-on experience was priceless as we tackled real-world financial and accounting challenges. These formative years of building business relationships eventually inspired us to start our own business. In 2005, US Franchise CPA was born.
