Prakash Iyer CPA, MBA, CA
Prakash Iyer, Senior Partner and Co-Founder began his career at PwC after completing his professionally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in India. With over 30 years’ experience in public accounting and industry, he has held key leadership roles as CFO and Controller for high-growth companies. His expertise spans startups and small- to medium-sized private businesses.
In his current role, Prakash focuses on assisting Franchisors and Franchisees nationwide in establishing scalable processes and executing back-office strategies to maximize profitability and minimize expenses. He works closely with franchisee clients, by providing expert guidance on cash flow management, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Leveraging his extensive corporate experience and deep expertise in accounting, payroll, and taxes, he helps franchisees streamline operations, drive growth, and maximize profitability.
Prakash is a licensed CPA from New Jersey and holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Questrom School of Management at Boston University. He is a member of the AICPA, NJCPA, and ICAI and is a proud BU alumnus.
Vaishali Iyer CPA, CA
Vaishali Iyer, Senior Partner and Co-founder began her career at PwC India after earning her Chartered Accountant qualification. With over 25 years’ experience in industry, she has held senior leadership roles for a major international airline, overseeing financial operations across multiple continents.
Vaishali Iyer leads the operational management of the practice, partnering with franchisors and franchisees nationwide to enhance day-to-day financial oversight. She is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of client deliverables, maintaining compliance, and facilitating accurate, timely reporting. Vaishali ensures efficiency and financial integrity across the company by working closely with business owners and her internal team.
Her expertise lies in accounting and tax, focusing on small businesses that require strategic tax planning and optimization. She has successfully guided numerous clients through complex financial challenges, helping stabilize their operations through proactive financial management.
Vaishali is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Colorado state and a member of the AICPA, NJCPA, and ICAI.
